2. Charitable Nature & Donations
Goodness Enterprises Limited is an Australian registered Public Benevolent Institution with Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) status. All voluntary donations of $2.00 or more made via this website or through authorised payment links are tax-deductible in Australia. Receipts are issued automatically or via email. Refunds on donations are only granted in exceptional cases where an administrative error occurred (e.g. accidental duplicate charge) and must be requested within 14 days of the transaction.
3. Community Food Co-Op & Physical Premises
Our Give Goodness Food Store and community programs located at 50 Coal Road, Chuwar QLD operate on principles of dignity, mutual respect, and community safety. We reserve the right to refuse service or entry to any person behaving in an abusive, violent, or discriminatory manner towards volunteers, staff, or guests.

5. Governing Law
